Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 July 2026

The service

fyna (fyna.in) gives you a private record of your financial life — holdings, balances, statements, insurance, and documents. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Not financial advice

fyna is a record-keeping tool. Nothing in the product — numbers, summaries, calculators, or AI-parsed statements — is investment, tax, legal, or insurance advice. Verify important figures against your bank's own records before acting on them.

Your responsibilities

Keep your Google account secure — it is the key to your record. Only connect a Gmail account and upload statements that are yours. Don't attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service.

Accuracy and availability

Statement parsing is automated and can make mistakes; balances are anchored to the statements we can read and may lag reality. The service is provided "as is", without warranties, and may change or be interrupted while it is actively developed.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, fyna is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Termination & contact

You can stop using fyna and delete your account at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions: jaygosalia4@gmail.com.
